Our service
GC Travel Club acts as the booking and journey-management contact for the transfer shown in your confirmation. The actual transport may be delivered by a vetted local provider.
A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and the journey is accepted for fulfilment.
Passenger responsibilities
Provide accurate pickup, flight, passenger, luggage and contact information. Keep a reachable mobile or WhatsApp number available before and during the journey.
- Arrive at the agreed pickup point on time.
- Tell us promptly about flight or itinerary changes.
- Select a vehicle that can safely accommodate all passengers and luggage.
Prices and payment
The checkout total includes the selected vehicle and listed extras. MIA QR payments are processed in MDL; where the booking is displayed in another currency, the payable MDL amount is shown before payment.
Service changes
A comparable vehicle may be used when operationally necessary, without reducing the booked passenger or luggage capacity. Material changes will be communicated using the saved passenger contact.
