- Passenger name and contact details.
- Pickup, drop-off, flight and journey information.
- Passenger, luggage and requested child-seat details.
- Payment status and transaction references; we do not store banking-app credentials.
Why we use it
Data is used to create the booking, coordinate the transfer, send operational updates, prevent fraud, provide support and meet accounting or legal requirements.
Service partners
Necessary journey information may be shared with payment processors, local transport providers, mapping, flight-information and communication services. Providers receive only the data needed for their role.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics measures eligible page views, Google Ads measures campaign performance, and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session recordings on public acquisition and legal pages. Clarity is not loaded on booking, payment, confirmation, login or administration pages, and form input values are masked. Advertising personalization remains disabled. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Retention and security
Booking and accounting records are retained only as long as operational, contractual or legal obligations require. Access is restricted and sensitive integrations use server-side credentials.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting support@cartransfer.club. Some records must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
